Mojo joined our herd in 2020 and she really has changed our herd for the better. She has been the mover and shaker that has really taken the Western Canada LaMancha herdbook by storm. She has produced seven doe kids in her four years of production and six of the seven have been retained here at BNH Livestock, with the seventh taking up residence at Stockbridge Dairy Goats and winning shows for them. All but one of Mojo's daughters have been shown (last one will grace the show ring this summer) and all of them have brought home their own Championships. Mojo is our ideal dairy goat, with her long level rump, her willingness to milk, and her overall dairyness and structural correctness. She has been admired by many judges over the years for her incredibly capacious mammary system, her plumb teat placement and ease of movement. She is loved so dearly at BNH Livestock and we thank Theo Emons for giving us the chance to give Mojo a home all those years ago. She truly has lived up to the reputation that her East National Champion dam, Double*Dutch HMG Rune, set out before her. Mojo has been named multiple time 2023/2024/2025 West National Champion LaMancha, Best Udder in Show and various other Championships over the years, including Champion dam and daughter and a member of our Champion dairy herds. Mojo has helped define our LaMancha herd and will continue to for many years to come.
