Ganache is truly one of a kind and was one of our original foundation LaMancha does and the reason that we fell in love with the breed. She is incredibly easy to work with, both in the show ring and primarily on the milk stand. She is one of our heaviest milking does in the barn and consistent in her production. Ganache is angular and dairy in her makeup and has fantastic front extension. Her udder is attached incredibly high and wide and her progeny are wide based and correct. Time and time again she has out produced herself and produced offspring that have won shows, earned their *M, various EX classifications, National Championships and SELECT status . She is the true display of what we want to see in our breeding stock and will always be the "Queen" of our herd.
